Google Chrome may fail to work or crash sometimes when there is a problem either in the Chrome browser or the device you’re using. If your Google Chrome keeps crashing and you’re getting the message - “Whoa! Google Chrome has crashed,” there is likely a problem on your system. A crash can happen, but regular crashes are most likely caused by something you can fix.   

 Guidelines to Fix Google Chrome Crashing or Not Working 

  • First thing first, you must check the internet connection if it’s proper.
  • On your computer, some software can conflict with Google Chrome and cause it to crash. So either you disable or uninstall them from your PC.
  • Interference can happen due to Malware with Google Chrome and cause it to crash. If you keep getting your browser crashes, you must scan your PC with antivirus software – for example, Microsoft Security Essentials.
  • Chrome crashes issue may be caused by the corrupted profile. By creating a new profile from Chrome’s Settings screen, you can test by yourself. From the Chrome’s menu, Open the Settings page and click Add new user under Users.

 If the issue persists, you should clear Google Chrome cache data and try again. This is how you can troubleshoot such Chrome issue.
